SENH Habitat works with families in need of affordable housing, but are above the state
assistance level and are within 30% to 60% of median income guidelines.
Our Partner Families help to build their own homes. They accrue sweat equity hours and pay a 0% interest-free mortgage after completing and closing on their home.
